GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engineer in Generator Product Service to own complex generator and electrical system issues from fault to permanent resolution.

You will serve as the technical authority, coordinate with manufacturing and design teams, and represent GE Vernova’s engineering excellence at customer sites and industry forums. You will author critical technical communications and support strategic programs, while mentoring a team of engineers to grow capability across the

Formación

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Engineering or a related field — a formal degree is preferred, but total experience matters most.
• 5+ years of experience in generator engineering and technology
• Willingness to travel 10–15% domestically and internationally, including on short notice

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical investigations from initial fault identification through corrective action and prevention (CAPA).
• Serve as the technical authority for generator and electrical system designs, coordinating with multiple teams.
• Be the face of GE Vernova’s technical expertise at customer sites and industry events.
• Author and publish technical communications (TILs, PSSBs, PSIBs, safety alerts).
• Support strategic programs including service fulfillment and NPI initiatives.
• Mentor and develop a team of engineers across the organization.
