Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Post Sales Engineer to provide advanced technical support for Commercial HVAC customers and field teams in Mexico. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in air-cooled chillers and rooftop units, and will bridge customers, service operations, engineering, and quality teams to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with air-cooled chillers, applied rooftop units, or similar Commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for product, controls, and system-level issues.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office and technical reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Providing post-sales technical support to customers, field service teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting installation, startup, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting of Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Investigating complex field issues, collecting technical data, and determining root causes with cross-functional teams.
• Developing clear technical reports documenting field conditions, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Supporting warranty investigations, analyzing field performance trends, and contributing to product quality initiatives.
• Communicating customer feedback and field learnings to cross-functional teams to strengthen feedback loops.
