Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with air-cooled chillers, rooftop units, or similar HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for product, controls, and system issues.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Advanced English Proficiency

Responsibilities

• Providing post-sale technical support to customers, field service teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting installation, startup, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting activities for Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Investigating complex field issues, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Warranty, and Service teams.
• Developing clear technical reports documenting field conditions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and recommendations.
• Supporting warranty investigations, analyzing field performance trends, and contributing to continuous improvement and product quality initiatives.
• Communicating customer feedback, field learnings, and recurring issues to cross-functional teams to strengthen the factory-to-field feedback loop.
