Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Service Desk Agent (Portuguese) to provide first-line technical support to users onsite in Mexico. You will troubleshoot, log and track incidents, and resolve requests across multiple channels while delivering quality service.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of good communication in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools.
• Log, prioritize, and track incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues; escalate complex cases.
• Document interactions and resolutions with accuracy according to guidelines.
• Maintain timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
