Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a motivated PMO and performance management professional to lead External Fulfillment initiatives. You will drive cross-functional projects focused on cost optimization and delivery speed, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver measurable results.

This role requires strong data analysis, building metrics, and communicating insights to senior leadership to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of data-driven process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and SQL skills.
• Experience in English-language communication (written & verbal).
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO for External Fulfillment initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Drive cost and speed-related projects with internal and external teams to align with business goals.
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Design and build key metrics and data bridges to track progress toward goals.
• Manage External Fulfillment performance, identifying improvement opportunities and driving action plans with stakeholders.
• Work with large data volumes and big data tools in a complex environment.
• Conduct deep-dives to identify root causes of gaps impacting customer experience.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership with a customer-backwards focus.
