Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Proven ability to define and implement process improvements using data and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
• Strong English-language communication skills (written and verbal).
• Spanish fluency (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO initiatives for External Fulfillment, managing timelines, dependencies and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Drive cost and speed-related projects in partnership with internal and external teams.
• Perform data analysis to generate actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Design and build new metrics and data bridges to track progress toward goals.
• Manage External Fulfillment performance and drive improvement through action plans.
• Work with large data volumes and big data tools in a complex environment.
• Conduct deep dives to identify root causes of gaps affecting customer experience.
• Communicate results and recommendations to senior leadership with a customer-backwards focus.
