MIGSO-PCUBED in Monterrey is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join our team and help implement a Manufacturing Management System. You will bridge the client and development team, oversee schedules, and coordinate activities.

This onsite role requires 3-6 years in PM, an engineering degree, and fluent English. You will travel to Saltillo for plant visits, with expenses covered, as part of delivering value to our global clients.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be part of the implementation of a new Manufacturing Management System. In this role, you will:

• Act as the bridge between the client and the programming team.
• Support the management of the project.
• Work with project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and ensure proper follow-up.
• Lead and coordinate project activities with different stakeholders.

Who You Are

• You have 3-6 years of experience in Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• Passion for Project Management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and a knack for solving problems before they arise.

Work Model: 100% Onsite

Travel: Visits to the plant in Saltillo. Travel expenses are covered.
