Formación

• 3-8 years of experience in Project Management Activities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain master project schedules aligned with PMI methodologies.
• Monitor deviations, propose recovery plans, and analyze the critical path.
• Generate executive dashboards and reports for real-time visibility.
• Facilitate risk workshops and conduct quantitative analysis.
• Facilitate risk workshops and conduct quantitative analyses (impact matrices, Monte Carlo).
• Support governance and communication with stakeholders.

Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Officer Consultant at MIGSO-PCUBED, you're not just stepping into a role – you're becoming a driving force of innovation, collaboration, and transformation. As a valued member of our global team, you will

Schedule Management:

• Develop and maintain master project schedules aligned with PMI methodologies.
• Monitor deviations, propose recovery plans, and analyze the critical path.
• Generate executive dashboards and reports for real-time visibility.
• Design and implement risk identification, analysis, and mitigation processes.
• Facilitate risk workshops and conduct quantitative analysis (impact matrices, Monte Carlo simulations).
• Continuously track response plans and elevate issues promptly.

Governance & Communication:

• Ensure compliance with KOF’s Project Management Model and standardize practices.
• Prepare executive reports and lead follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
• Align expectations between technical teams, suppliers, and leadership.

Who You Are
