Bullfinch Recruitment is seeking a Sales/Customer Support professional to drive outbound engagement with a portfolio of elite players. You will act as their primary advocate, crafting tailored offers to deepen loyalty and ensure a smooth, value-driven experience.

In this role you will identify needs, resolve inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance future offer strategies while maintaining high levels of trust and satisfaction.

Formación

• Outbound calling experience as a core part of the role.
• Experience in CS or player-facing support roles.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills over phone and written channels.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive Outreach: Drive revenue and retention by outbound calls to your portfolio of players.
• Relationship Management: Act as primary advocate for players, building trust and rapport.
• Bespoke Offer Creation: Design tailored rewards to increase player value and loyalty.
• Needs-Based Selling: Identify and address what each player needs to maximize outcomes.
• Query Resolution: Resolve player inquiries regarding rewards, loyalty programs, and benefits.
• Player Requests: Facilitate withdrawal requests ensuring a smooth experience.
• Player Advocacy: Feed player feedback to internal teams for future offers.
