Super Group is seeking a CRM Executive to optimise customer lifecycle activities across markets. You will design and execute retention campaigns, segment players, and report on key KPIs, while coordinating with analytics and creative teams to deliver impactful communications across email, SMS, push notifications and in‑app messaging.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, strong Excel skills, and experience in iGaming marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Own the retention and marketing campaigns for the defined markets.
• Analyze and summarise customer data using dashboards to spot trends.
• Manage projects from planning through execution and reporting.
• Coordinate content creation with the creative team.
• Keep Betway website content up to date across platforms.
• Troubleshoot automated communications and workflows.
• Liaise with external providers on new releases and promotions.
• Profile players to create targeted segments and offers.
• Coordinate calendars with regional stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance workflows are understood and implemented.
• Collaborate with Analytics on automated reporting.
