Job summary

Pack.Com is seeking an ambitious Outbound Talent Scout and Relationship Builder to hunt gaming creators, streamers, and esports personalities across Twitch, YouTube, and X. You will pitch, close partnership deals, and manage campaigns within our Gamified Shopping and iGaming ecosystems.

This role demands high velocity, 50+ active conversations, and strong CRM discipline to track deals, conversions, and deliverables daily. If CS2 culture and creator ecosystems excite you, join us.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in a high-volume, performance-driven outbound role.
• Daily outreach targets and measurable pipeline management.
• Deep familiarity with CS2, Fortnite, and streaming culture.
• Strong ability to talk to both teen and corporate creators and close deals.
• Ability to manage 50+ active creator deals across stages without dropping follow-ups.
• Comfort working EST hours to align with creators and agents.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive creator scouting across CS2, Fortnite, and iGaming audiences.
• High-volume outbound pipeline management and deal pitching.
• Campaign activation across gamified commerce and iGaming ecosystems.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, deals, and deliverables.
• Serve as primary contact to onboarded creators and drive renewals.
• Monitor trends to recruit high-ROI creators.
