Job summary

Nuvnext seeks a technical writer to create and maintain platform documentation, role-based manuals for client teams, and governance/security documents that remain factual. You will also review product and website copy to ensure accuracy.

In this role you’ll work directly with founders, shaping public documentation and ensuring high-quality, precise content for real-world use within our environments in Mexico. A strong eye for detail and the ability to ask the right questions are essential.

Qualifications

• You write clearly, briefly and without filler.
• You understand the technical side well enough to ask good questions.
• You verify before you state.
• Flawless spelling and grammar.
• Nice to have: Reading code.
• Nice to have: Previous technical documentation work.
