GlobalLogic is building a SaaS platform in a public cloud framework for healthcare IT security and compliance. We seek a Technical Writer with 1–2 years of experience in a commercial software environment to craft user and administrator documentation.

You will join the Quality Engineering and Documentation group, owning documentation for discreet product areas and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and release cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional writing experience in a commercial software enterprise environment preferred.
• Solid project management, communication, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of MadCap Flare or other professional authoring tools for single-source authoring and online help development preferred.
• Working knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS; ability to troubleshoot and resolve code issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce concise, clear, and accurate technical documentation for administrators and end users.
• Aid in researching and authoring documentation deliverables ranging from end-to-end implementation guides to updates of existing documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to gain product knowledge and align documentation objectives.
• Collaborate with technical publications team members on authoring, editing, and publishing documentation.
