Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Technical Writer to join the Quality Engineering and Documentation group, developing technical documentation for the administrators and end users of GlobalLogic's healthcare IT security platform. The role supports documentation projects and owns documentation for discreet product areas, including admin access management and security features.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to produce clear, accurate guides

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional writing experience – commercial software enterprise environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, and CSS; ability to troubleshoot and resolve code issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Produce concise, clear, and accurate documentation that meets customer objectives, documentation style guidelines, and release deadlines.
• Aid in researching, and author documentation deliverables ranging in complexity from new end-to-end implementation guides to updating existing documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, user experience designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to gain product knowledge, understand business requirements, to understand appropriate documentation objectives.
• Collaborate with technical publications team members as necessary on authoring, editing, and publishing documentation.
