Infoblox is seeking a Kentik Platform Deployment Engineer to join our Professional Services team in Mexico. The PDE will ensure rapid time-to-value for new customers, guiding them through onboarding and the First Desired Outcome with Kentik.

This role requires deep technical collaboration with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, and a strong background in networking, software onboarding, and customer service.

Formación

• Five or more years in a customer-facing technical role focused on software implementation or onboarding.
• Strong TCP/IP and routing protocol knowledge.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX administration and network monitoring.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform technical onboarding and deployment for new customers.
• Lead deployment and configuration of the Kentik platform including Private Agent installation.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers for post-sales delivery.
• Identify technical challenges or product gaps impacting onboarding.
