Infoblox is seeking a Kentik Platform Deployment Engineer (PDE) to join our Professional Services team. You will ensure a fast time-to-value for new Kentik customers by guiding technical onboarding and configuring the Kentik platform for initial success.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Support, Product, and Engineering, performing deployments, test creation, and onboarding excellence across diverse customer environments. A strong background in networking and security is essential.

Formación

• Five or more years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role focused on software implementation or onboarding.
• Customer-centric mindset with initiative to do the right thing for the customer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex topics clearly.
• Strong experience with TCP/IP and routing protocols (IPv4/IPv6, BGP, MPLS, ISIS, OSPF, HTTP, DNS).
• Experience with network monitoring suites (Netflow, J-Flow, sFlow/IPFIX, SNMP).
• Linux/UNIX system administration experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the technical onboarding and deployment experience for new customers.
• Collaborate with customers to execute the onboarding plan and achieve First Desired Outcome.
• Lead deployment and configuration of the Kentik platform, including Private Agent installation and initial setup.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Account Managers for smooth post-sales delivery.
• Identify and escalate technical challenges or product gaps impacting onboarding.
• Validate AI-generated outputs against network data and security requirements before applying changes.
