Forvia seeks a Plant SQA for its San Luis Potosí site to ensure supplier materials meet all specifications and quality requirements. You will administer the supplier quality system, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across PPAP, 8D, and corrective actions with suppliers.

You will collaborate with production and engineering on changes, launches, and documentation, lead supplier meetings, audits, and KPI tracking, while promoting Faurecia Excellence System and 5S in daily work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical, mechatronics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Quality area within manufacturing.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with supplier auditing and development.
• Knowledge of SAP, QSS/GPS systems and Excel.
• Familiarity with Core Tools: FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC.
• Experience with customer portals and supplier quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Attend and lead supplier quality activities and audits, including PPAP validations.
• Monitor supplier quality using QSS/GPS systems and KPIs.
• Lead supplier development for underperforming suppliers to improve quality and compliance.
• Coordinate and validate corrective actions using 8D, claims, and debit alerts.
• Support production in resolving quality issues with supplier materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering changes, launches, and material documentation.
• Lead supplier meetings and audits, manage performance reviews and validations.
