Formación

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager in the Automotive industry.
• Proven experience in production management and lean manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage P&L to optimize plant resources and costs.
• Deliver budget commitments in terms of gross margin and inventory.
• Secure safety of employees and customer satisfaction.
