FORVIA seeks a Supplier Quality Development Engineer in Querétaro to ensure supplier quality and lead development for new and existing suppliers. You will be the first escalation point in supplier management, supporting continuous improvement of QMS and performance across a global supply base.

The role requires 7+ years in automotive, advanced English, and relevant certifications. You will operate in an international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging Six Sigma

Formación

Minimum 7 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Advanced level of English.
At least 3 years as a Supplier Quality Engineer.
Experience working in an international environment.
VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 Auditor certifications.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

Ensure the quality and development of potential and new suppliers.
Improve the management systems and performance of existing suppliers.
Support the SQA Engineer by serving as the first escalation point in supplier management.
