Forvia is seeking a Plant Quality Engineer to assure product and process conformity across lines, applying APQP, PPAP, FMEA and 8QB with a strong customer-facing role. You will coach teams, manage documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

You will interface with customers, support audits, and implement quality tools such as Poka-Yoke and Gage R&R to ensure process stability and reliable product quality.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA)
• Experience interfacing with customers and internal teams
• Ability to coach and train on quality methods

Responsabilidades

• Represent the customer within the plant and ensure PFMEA, control plan, and work instructions align
• Update quality documentation across lines and ensure PDCA closes
• Lead quality tools implementation (Poka-Yoke, Gage R&R, capability studies)
• Coordinate PPAP submissions and customer approvals
• Train auditors, inspectors and supervisors in quality basics and tools
• Support QMS activities and supplier/customer audits
