Forvia is seeking a Program Quality Leader to drive quality initiatives and represent the voice of the customer at our San Luis Potosí facility. You will lead PPAP and Core Tools, manage FMEA-based risk, approve Design and Production Validation plans, and oversee gauge development and control plans.

• Minimum 3 years automotive experience as Program Quality Leader.
• Solid experience with PPAP and Core Tools.
• Experience with welding processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify program quality objectives and develop quality management plans.
• Cascading quality standards to suppliers and monitoring risk.
• Approve Design Validation Plans and Production Validation tests.
• Lead the development of measurement fixtures and gauges.
• Define control plans and ensure traceability of parts.
• Prepare Production Part Approval files and support initial sample submissions.
• Engage with Customer Program Quality and manage change processes.
