Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's Quality organization and drive a Built-in Quality culture. You will guide preventive quality initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on improving customer satisfaction, reducing CoPQ, and advancing automation and data analytics within the Quality function.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of quality teams in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant Quality organization and promote quality ownership across all functions.
• Develop and execute the plant Quality Strategy and improvement roadmap.
• Transition from reactive to preventive quality using data, risk management, and process controls.
• Coach teams in 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC, Pareto and other root-cause tools.
• Ensure containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer communication.
