Johnson Controls is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the site Quality organization and ensure a robust QMS. You will drive product/process conformity, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and cost reduction across receiving, fabrication, assembly, testing, and shipping.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regional Quality leadership to foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement while maintaining audit readiness and strong

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
7 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or Quality Leadership roles in manufacturing.
Experience leading Quality teams and driving site-level quality performance.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, corrective actions, process controls, root cause analysis, and customer quality management.
Working knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and Process Capability methodologies.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decisions.
Advanced English communication skills; travel to Reynosa/Matamoros.

Drive conformity of products and processes and reduce quality-related risks and costs.
Audit readiness and closure of findings for internal, customer, and certifying bodies.
Establish quality objectives, resources, and performance expectations.
Oversee supplier quality, incoming inspection, and escalation management.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using 8D, DMAIC, and related tools.
