Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead the site quality organization and ensure the effectiveness of the plant's Quality Management System.

You will drive product and process conformity, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous reduction of quality-related risks across the manufacturing site. Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality, Quality Systems, Quality Engineering, or Quality Leadership within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading Quality teams and driving site-level quality performance.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits, corrective actions, process controls, root cause analysis, and customer quality management.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, and Process Capability methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making across organizational levels.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to travel to Reynosa and Matamoros as required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the site Quality organization and ensure effectiveness of the plant QMS.
• Drive product and process conformity, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Audit leadership and timely closure of findings; document control, CAPAs, calibration, traceability, and record retention.
• Establish and monitor quality controls across receiving, fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, packaging, and shipping.
• Lead containment activities, root cause investigations, corrective actions, and customer communications.
• Drive structured problem-solving using 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone, and SPC.
• Own plant quality performance metrics and reporting; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Supply Chain to manage risks.
• Represent Quality in APQP/NPI and ensure manufacturing readiness for launches and changes.
• Lead and develop the plant Quality team; set roles and development plans.
