Job summary

This hands-on role focuses on materials management, inventory control, warehouse efficiency, and finished-goods flow, with expansion into broader operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations, materials, or supply chain experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional improvement projects and driving actions to completion.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data visualization tools; Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant improvement, recovery, and operational transformation projects with charters, plans, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks affecting safety, quality, delivery, cost, or productivity; implement corrective actions.
• Drive inventory accuracy, warehouse organization, and material-flow improvements.
• Maintain shop-floor presence and validate action completion at the point of work.
• Support additional projects across production, planning, manufacturing, and supply chain.
