Job summary

You will study production requirements, evaluate processes, develop automated and non‑automated systems, train personnel, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and manage Oracle-based production data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• Two years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in operations management.
• Knowledge of IATF standards and Core Tools.
• Lean project evaluation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Study production processes and determine the most efficient operations.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes.
• Develop effective automated and non-automated systems.
• Test existing or new production procedures.
• Support the implementation of manufacturing processes that result in high-quality products.
• Apply knowledge of tooling design and manufacturing methods.
• Demonstrate project management ability, quality commitment, and familiarity with safety and environmental standards.
• Ensure production lines operate efficiently and effectively to meet customer requirements.
• Update systems and processes with new technology.
• Manage Oracle systems.
• Interpret customer drawings and specification requirements.
