Vertiv Mexicali seeks an accomplished Manufacturing Leader to drive operations with Lean and Six Sigma, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality. Develop operating plans, manage budgets, and mentor staff to hit production and cost goals in a demanding environment.

The role requires 10–15 years in production management, MBA or advanced degree preferred, and experience leading large facilities. You will champion continuous improvement and safety in a union-free setting.

Formación

• Knowledge of manufacturing management including production and inventory control
• Proven mentoring and coaching abilities
• Demonstrated leadership and project management
• Ability to motivate in a non-union environment
• Lean and Six Sigma proficiency
• Experience delivering cost reductions in a demanding customer environment
