Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (CVG) is seeking a qualified professional to manage operational systems, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will promote a disciplined operational culture and develop strategies to support business objectives across cross-functional teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Admin./Industrial Engineering or related field and at least 3 years of experience in operations management, with knowledge of IATF 16949 and QMS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Admin./Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in operations management and supply chain.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard and QMS.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational systems and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate between plant and customers; address visits and complaints; lead corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead advanced quality planning and inspection methods.
• Define critical characteristics andsampling plans from inbound to final product.
