AMERICAN RECRUITERS MEXICO is seeking a General/Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations and report to the Executive Vice President, Global Operations. The role focuses on building an excellent organization and applying lean techniques to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will develop people and teams, drive continuous improvement, and implement Lean tools across the plant to achieve significant performance gains and sustainable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years manufacturing operations leadership experience with a lean culture and ongoing improvement.

Responsabilidades
