Oferta confidencial is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high-volume manufacturing operation in Ensenada, on-site. This role focuses on productivity, capacity optimization, quality, and on-time delivery, with strong emphasis on safety and cost control.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, ERP experience, and advanced English, driving continuous improvement and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet ambitious production

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading large production teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity, KPIs, quality and cost control.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge preferred; ERP experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant operational performance and meet targets for production, quality, efficiency, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Analyze KPIs such as output, downtime, waste, and labor and machine utilization.
• Optimize capacity and resource utilization; eliminate bottlenecks.
• Coordinate production planning with customer priorities and delivery requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to raise productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop plant leadership and promote accountability.
• Support workforce planning, budgets, and capital investment needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company policies.
• Resolve significant operational issues and implement corrective actions.
