HR Consultant Top Talent is seeking a General/Plant Manager for a manufacturing facility in Mexico. The role reports to the Executive Vice President, Global Operations and oversees multiple direct reports including Directors of Engineering, Supply Chain and Production, plus Maintenance and Customer Care leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years manufacturing operations leadership experience with a track record of significant performance improvement through lean culture.
• Experience developing people and teams and implementing Lean tools and methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous and significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Develop an excellent organization and methodically implement lean operating methodology.
• Lead the plant leadership team and coordinate cross-functional functions to achieve business goals.
