Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree is a plus for leadership roles.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in a Plant Manager or equivalent senior role.
• Strong knowledge of metal-mechanical manufacturing processes and lean tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead all plant operations across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
• Develop and execute the site operating strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive accountability, discipline, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
• Oversee sheet metal fabrication, welding, machining, painting, mechanical assembly, electrical installation, wiring, and testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Program Management for manufacturing readiness and capacity expansion.
• Lead New Product Introduction, production transfers, and process improvements.
• Implement Lean tools: 5S, Visual Management, Standard Work, RCA, Kaizen, VSM.
• Improve efficiency, labor productivity, throughput, quality, and manufacturing flow.
• Maintain a strong safety environment and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team and succession plans.
• Act as primary operations representative for key customers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
