Stanley Black & Decker in Nuevo León, Mexico is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our on-site manufacturing team. You will drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital by deploying lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and strategic planning across the plant.

You will build and develop talent, align manufacturing strategy with market needs, and ensure KPI tracking and cross-functional collaboration with sales, design engineering, finance, supply chain, and HR to meet

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of operations leadership with proven performance improvements.
• Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation.
• Manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, finishing/machining, and assembly preferred.
• Supply chain and inventory management are critical.
• Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines, environmental regulations, and EHSMS.
