OP Mobility in Monterrey, Nuevo León, seeks a SITE MANUFACTURING MANAGER to develop and implement plant manufacturing activities ensuring optimal performance and compliance with HSE standards. Candidates should have a relevant engineering degree and a minimum of five years' experience in the automotive industry.

The role involves leadership in production meetings, budget proposal, and process management in a dynamic automotive environment. Strong skills in quality and supply chain management are necessary as well as leadership qualities to promote a high-performing team.

Formación

• Minimum five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the automotive industry; experience with paint and plastic components a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement manufacturing activities in line with HSE requirements.
• Coach managers to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Implement continuous improvement plans.
• Act as process owner for IMS process management.
