Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an EHS Manager at the Monterrey Plant to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs on site within our Continuous Improvement team.

You will supervise the EHS and Medical Departments, manage the budget, ensure legal compliance, drive ISO 14001/45001 audits and improvements, and mentor staff to reduce risk and injuries. A degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering with 5+ years’ experience is required, along with strong leadership and attention to

Formación

• Completed degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years related to the environmental and safety area.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Attention to details.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the EHS and Medical Departments.
• Support the HR Manager as required.
• Manage the EHS department budget.
• Maintain legal compliance and oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
• Develop emergency and contingency plans for incidents and pandemics.
• Promote continuous EHS improvements through projects and updates to controls.
• Liaise with Corporate EHS to report performance and ensure compliance.
