Sonoco is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our operations and drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement at the plant. You will develop the annual operating budget and manage capital expenditure processes, while promoting a maintenance excellence program and strong employee relations.

You will report to corporate leadership and ensure execution against our safety and quality standards, leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver results and sustain a high-performing operation.

Formación

• Four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred.
• Experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership.

If Hartsville…. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in beautiful Hartsville, SC and close to exciting destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC). If hard to fill location, include local selling points if relocation anticipated.
