Sonoco is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our operations and drive safety, cost control, and continuous improvement at the plant. You will develop the annual operating budget and manage capital expenditure processes, while promoting a maintenance excellence program and strong employee relations.

You will report to corporate leadership and ensure execution against our safety and quality standards, leveraging cross-functional teams to deliver results and sustain a high-performing operation.

Formación

• Four-year degree, preferably in the sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 10 years of practical and relevant experience which is preferred.
• Experience in problem solving, quick execution, and team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Developing the plant's annual operating budget.
• Requesting capital authorization applications for capital expenditures.
• Promoting and supporting a maintenance excellence process.
• Building and maintaining product employee relationships, driving employee satisfaction.
