Job summary

Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is hiring an EHS, Machinery & Equipment automation manager to lead, design, and execute plant-wide Environment, Health and Safety strategies while integrating automation and digitalization to maximize efficiency and reduce risks.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years in supervisory roles in industrial automation, with strong knowledge of robotics, AI and electrical integration, plus fluent Spanish and advanced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical) or closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory or managerial experience coordinating industrial automation areas.
• Knowledge of robotics, artificial intelligence, and electrical integration.
• Deep understanding of Health and Safety legislation and local/international standards.
• Fluent Spanish; advanced English proficiency.
