Lear Corporation is seeking an experienced EHS Leader to maintain a strong Environmental, Health, and Safety culture at our plant in Mexico. Lead plant-level compliance with safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, fire protection, and asset protection, and ensure effective execution of safety initiatives.

The role requires developing annual EHS plans, conducting risk assessments, audits, and driving continuous improvement across MASS and 5S programs, with training plans for employees.

Competenze

• Experience leading EHS initiatives in manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Ability to implement and monitor programs like MASS and 5S.

• Coordinate annual EHS plans with measurable objectives.
• Develop accident prevention plans and lead implementation.
• Implement and monitor the Safe Machine Program.
• Develop annual Safety Plan with Plant Management.
• Participate in audits and inspections.
