PHINIA Inc. Juárez plant seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of automated systems and machinery. You will lead a team of technicians and engineers to minimize downtime and ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, 5 years of maintenance management experience, and hands-on expertise with Siemens PLCs, HMI systems, and predictive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of maintenance management experience in automated manufacturing.
• Advanced certifications in automation or maintenance management a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all automated systems and machinery.
• Ensure timely and effective maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repair of automation equipment including robotics, PLCs, and HMI systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers; conduct regular evaluations and training.
• Continuously assess and improve the performance of automated systems and identify upgrade opportunities to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Maintain safety compliance; conduct risk assessments and safety audits; promote a culture of safety across the plant.
• Manage spare parts inventory and the maintenance budget; negotiate with suppliers as needed.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare regular reports on metrics for senior management.
