Job summary

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, seeks a Maintenance Technician to lead machine and UAP downtime analysis, implement preventive maintenance, and streamline weekly TPM meetings in our Puebla plant.

You will coordinate spare parts, train personnel in TPM topics, and generate standard maintenance procedures, with experience in Siemens/Allen Bradley PLCs and major robot brands.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering required.
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Industrial Maintenance and TPM.
• Spare parts inventory management.
• Personnel management.
• ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018, VDA 6.1 and IATF 16949 knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
• Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
• Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator; Issuance of monthly reports.
• Preventive Maintenance program; Weekly updates.
• Analysis of preventive maintenance.
• Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines; PM software administration.
• Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures.
• Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting; Training of personnel in TPM and preventive maintenance topics.
• Maintenance of extraction systems.
