Versigent is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Frontera, Coahuila, Mexico to lead corrective maintenance of plant systems and develop the team. You will manage inventories, ensure ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance, and uphold a safe work environment while supporting continuous improvements.

You should have a background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of maintenance experience and good command of English. Join us to deliver reliable systems at scale.

Formación

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering background.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Corrective maintenance of plant systems.
• Corrective maintenance of plant systems.
• Development of subordinates.
• Maintain optimal inventories of equipment spare parts.
• Compliance with internal EOS audits.
• Maintain a positive and safe environment for staff under their supervision.
• Participation in and execution of the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety System (ISO 45001).
• Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
• Tooling Release
• Receiving of Spare Parts for Equipment and Tools
• Training process for Direct Hourly + Forms and Attachments
