Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Ensure availability and reliability of production assets, minimizing downtime.
Monitor maintenance KPIs such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and costs.
Develop and train maintenance personnel in automation, robotics, and welding.
Coordinate root cause analysis for critical failures and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
