Responsibilities

Machine and UAP downtime analysis.
Labor analysis by Maintenance Technician.
Weekly analysis of plant downtime indicator; issuance of monthly reports.
Preventive Maintenance program; weekly tasks.
Analysis of preventive maintenance.
Issuance of weekly and monthly preventive maintenance routines; PM software administration.
Generation of Standard Maintenance work procedures.
Coordination of the weekly TPM meeting.
Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics.
Maintenance of extraction systems.
