The role drives operational performance, customer experience, and financial governance of HP's hardware and supplies recycling initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and HP standards.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Independently develops solutions for a supply chain project using in-depth industry knowledge.
• Interprets data from junior contributors to optimize supply chain performance.
• Owns strategic supply chain projects from planning through execution and provides findings.
• Leads cross-functional project teams with mentoring to reach goals.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to set strategic plans, tactics, and objectives.
• Monitors trends and advises on potential impacts to the business.
