HP is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering Project/Program Management to lead a team of managers and contributors, driving engineering development and product/service transitions across regions. You will manage plans, readiness, and regulatory aspects while coordinating with markets and category teams to ensure successful launches.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in managing complex programs across multiple stakeholders.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree required.
• Typically 10+ years of related experience or 8–10 years in management.
• Experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, and software packages.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for an organization of multiple subordinate managers and individual contributors coordinating programs for engineering development and product/ service implementations.
• Develops deployment plans, schedules, and ensures readiness for timely product launches and transitions, while mitigating risks.
• Manages regulatory readiness by region, transition planning, and complexity for the Advance Computing Solutions.
• Interfaces with Markets and Category teams regarding platform readiness and transitions from a supply chain perspective.
• Leads a complex technical space with defined goals, charters, and long-term strategies.
• Applies expert knowledge across regions to drive change initiatives.
• Drives all phases of product development for multiple products and programs.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs to meet budgets and roadmaps.
• Communicates program status to stakeholders and guides strategic decisions.
• Coordinates timelines for feature releases and bug fixes with engineering and operations.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers and ensures collaboration.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Provides people-care management for direct reports, including performance plans and career development.
