Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an experienced Responsible Sourcing Program Manager to lead environmental due diligence across HP’s supply chain. You will collaborate with Procurement, Sustainability, and Legal to design programs, assess risks, and advance compliance with CSRD and related directives.

The role requires 4–7 years in ESG, supply chain, or project management, with a four-year degree in a related field.

Formación

• Requires a four-year or graduate degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain ESG, Engineering, Human Rights, or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of ESG, supply chain and project management experience; advanced degree with 3–5 years also accepted.

Responsabilidades

• Program manage environmental due diligence and reporting aligned to CSRD and CSDDD/CS3D requirements.
• Partner with Procurement and suppliers to design and implement programs identifying, assessing, mitigating environmental risks across HP’s supply chain.
• Drive supplier engagement to ensure alignment with HP’s environmental standards and compliance processes.
• Support integration of due diligence outcomes into sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sustainability, Legal, Procurement, Compliance to meet regulatory and internal objectives.
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
