This role is an experienced individual responsible for environmental due diligence and compliance in HP's supply chain. This role requires close partnership with HP procurement, supply chain and suppliers to implemented programs to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks in HP's supply chain. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure their alignment with compliance objectives.
Recommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain ESG, Engineering, Human Rights, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in ESG supply chain and project management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.
