HP is seeking a Program Manager for Products & Services Privacy to lead privacy projects, drive governance, and enable compliance with global data protection obligations. You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Product, Security, and business units to prioritize, track, and deliver initiatives, while ensuring accountability and leadership visibility into program health.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 7–10 years in program/project management, governance, privacy, or compliance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs in global orgs.
• Experience with technology, software, security, or governance initiatives.
• Proven record delivering in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive reports, dashboards, and metrics.
• Proficient with Jira/ADO and Smartsheet for tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead privacy and compliance programs across HP Products & Services.
• Manage a portfolio of privacy initiatives with alignment to priorities.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and schedules.
• Establish governance structures and reporting rhythms.
• Monitor progress, address obstacles, and manage risks.
• Coordinate across workstreams, teams, and business units.
• Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
