HP is seeking a Program Manager for Products & Services Privacy to lead privacy initiatives, governance, and program execution across multiple teams. You will partner with Legal, Engineering, Product Management, Security, and Data Governance to align priorities with regulatory commitments and business needs.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, portfolio management, and executive reporting to ensure privacy readiness and strategic delivery across HP's products and services.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, information systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in program/project management, governance, risk, privacy, or related fields.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs in global organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and governance of privacy and compliance programs across HP products and services.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor progress with executive reporting.
• Identify risks, barriers, and resource constraints; drive mitigations and corrective actions.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership reviews.
• Foster stakeholder engagement across privacy, legal, product, engineering and business units.
